I think the thing that make me beautiful is my ability to be happy as well as my tough skin. Throughout my life I have had the need to develop tough skin, not only has that helped me mentally it has positively influenced my self confidence, therefore letting me embrace my beauty inside and out. I think my want and newly found happiness has sky rocketed my self confidence to a place where I don't even need make up to feel beautiful, this is why I believe beauty and happiness go hand in hand. I am not saying unhappy people aren't beautiful I am simply saying if you are unhappy you won't feel beautiful.

Self-awareness and confidence is very important in my everyday life because I come from a small town, where everybody knows everything about you and rumors are everywhere. To be your own kind of beautiful, I believe, is to march to your own drum, to not be afraid to do what’s best for you and not what others think you should do.  I think if you stay humble and kind, you can never go wrong.  Beauty fades but a good heart always shines bright.

You are beautiful. No matter what size of clothes you wear or how many imperfections you have. You are smart, and a young independent woman. You shouldn’t care about what other people think of you. You need to love yourself and love your body because it’s who you are. It’s who god made you to be.

My dream brand to model for would have to be something like Nike, Adidas, or champion. Of course I would love to model for some high fashion brands but I think for me those would have to be some of the brands I would love to model for!

I like to dress edgy and unique. I like to be extra and wear things that make me stand out.  I like ripped jeans and a cute top as casual wear paired with some hoops in my ears, a fancy necklace and bracelet, rings on my fingers, and a pair of either adidas, nike, or fila sneakers. Or a pair of heels if i’m feeling fancy.

To me, being your own kind of beautiful means to be yourself, regardless of what other people may think.  There will be many people that will try to define you and/or bring you down. To rise above the hate and continue to be you is beautiful.

I would say don’t compare yourself to anyone, it is so easy for someone to pretend to be happy on social media, though you never really know how they’re feeling. So I would never compare someone else’s lifestyle to your own because you never truly know. If you’re struggling with confidence, find something you LOVE about yourself…
