Tell us about yourself.
I’m a small town girl born in Minnesota with big dreams! I am 19 years old and love the modeling industry. This is my first time being signed and I am so excited to learn and pursue my dream.
What is your biggest dream?
My biggest dream is to be a working model full time and use my platform to inspire young girls to shoot for the stars and that everything is possible.
What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?
To be your own kind of beautiful is to embrace your flaws and recognize that they are what sets you apart from others and what makes you unique. Our differences are what make this world so diverse and beautiful!
How would you describe your fashion style?
My fashion style changes from day to day. I love to be comfy and wear sweats when I’m not on the job but I also love clothes and like to experiment with different styles depending on what catches my eye.
Who or what inspires you?
My family really inspires me because they have shown me unconditional love and taught me to work hard and be kind to everyone. They taught me to spread love and positivity and I carry that with me everyday.
What is your advice to someone who is just getting started with modeling?
I myself am just getting into modeling but if someone was asking my advice I’d tell them to not let fear stop them. I have a lot to learn but keeping an open mind and working hard will make it so much easier to get into it. Just go for it and be yourself!
Describe some obstacles you have overcome in your life and how that has changed or shaped you.
I left home at a young age to attend ballet school so that was a very big obstacle for me to learn how to be on my own. It taught me to use my voice and be independent. Now I am a confident young woman and I know how to stand up for myself which I couldn’t say if I didn’t go through that.
What makes you beautiful/handsome?
What makes me beautiful is my spirit. I am a very bubbly positive person and I genuinely love and empathize with every person. I do my best to spread that light wherever I go.
What would you say to another girl/guy your age who is struggling with their confidence?
If someone my age was struggling with confidence I’d tell them we’ve all been there. It can be really challenging but there are so many beautiful people in the world we shouldn’t get stuck on comparing because everyone is so different. Instead focus on things you like about yourself and know everyone gets insecure sometimes.
