Tell us about yourself.
Hello I’m Kyra, and I’m from Longwood Florida, and I’m 21 years old. I’ve done hair shows music videos, a couple of photographer work shops, and lots of swim suit beach shoots, those are my favorite.
What is your biggest dream?
My biggest dream is to be able to do all of my dream jobs, yes I have more then one, I love working with animals so being a vet tech is one of them which I actually am right now, and I absolutely love it, but modeling is also another dream of mine that I am actively pursuing right now, also being a marine biologist is at the top to but I have plenty of time to get there.
What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?
Being your own kind of beautiful is not being afraid who you truly are as a person and letting ur personality and your talents shine through.
How would you describe your fashion style?
I would describe my fashion as very diverse, one day I can be very girly with my make up done wearing a cute skirt with a new crop top or I can dress very classy business casual with a nice pair of heel, or my favorite.... ALL black.
Who or what inspires you?
I think what inspires me the most is when people fight for what they deserve and truly believe in, like women is Saudi Arabia just now being allowed to get there drivers license.
What have been your greatest accomplishments?
Some of my greatest accomplishments have probably been I won 1st place at states at one of my gymnastics competitions and that fact that I’m able to work one of my dream jobs.
Do you have any special talents?
One of my special talents are painting, that is something that I really enjoy doing.
Describe some obstacles you have overcome in your life and how that has changed or shaped you.
One of the obstacles that I’ve had to overcome in life is growing up most of my life without my father and having to watch my mother struggle to raise me at a young age. It’s taught me the value of life and how much you can get out of something so small.
What makes you beautiful?
What makes me beautiful is that I’m not afraid to be my self and speak my mind and be honest, and be true to who I am.
What would you say to another girl/guy your age who is struggling with their confidence?
Something that I would say to some who is struggling with confidence is that it’s not about how you look, it’s about how you feel, it’s about learning to love your self and not caring about what other people think.
