Hello, my name is Hailey H. I am 21 years old and I was born and raised in Fairmont, North Carolina. I come from a very small town , my family grew up as farmers , my mom has told me a bunch of stories about her growing up working on a farm , I literally live around nothing but open fields with chickens & dogs ,so I guess you can call me a country girl . Being from a small town only makes me go even harder. Im proud of where I’m from.
Tell us about your modeling experience.
I actually went to a modeling school , I learned a lot about the modeling industry, how to dress & do my make up professional for a interview or audition & pose techniques . I have walked in Charlotte fashion week ,Belk Back to School fashion shows & I have done a few photo shoots. I now model for a group of photographers in training and in return I get free photos.
What is your biggest dream?
My biggest dream is to be so successful that I can help take care of my family , my mom was a single parent so my grandmother stepped in to help most of the time , & I never ever went without . Now that I am 21 years old Im old enough to take of myself, but my grandmother is getting older also so I want to make sure she will always be taken care of. Growing up I was the entertainment of the family functions and events , I would dance and walk around like a superstar flipping my hair . Miss America is what my family called me because of my confidence level , and passion for make up, fashion & care for others. Modeling let’s me do all of the above & Print , Fashion , Glam ,RunWay or Commercial modeling is what I Would be the perfect fit for. I believe anything you put your mind to you can do with passion & dedication.
What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?
You only have one life , do what makes you happy . Whats beautiful is being yourself , embracing and loveing who you are , a strong beautiful women .
How would you describe your fashion style?
I love jumpsuits or rompers for summer vibes , I am a classy girl pantsuit & dresses when it comes to events or shows . I love a basic jean and shirt with converses on when I’m around the house .
Who or what inspires you?
Kendall Jenner is my favorite supermodel , she’s very adventurous with her photos, she’s very hard working , & beautiful. My family also inspires , I want to show them I’m still that girl that puts on a show at every family gathering.
What have been your greatest accomplishments?
When I was 15 years old I won my first pageant that made me think of making modeling my career . I was Teen Miss Fairmont 2014-2015 I then became Ambassador 2015-2016 .
Describe some obstacles you have overcome in your life and how that has changed or shaped you.?
I quit college because I was confused on what career path I wanted to take . I went back to school to try again but I was still unhappy . I went into a depression trying to figure life out , but when I found modeling was something I love to do , that makes me happy. I learn to take my time figuring out what’s best for me.
What makes you beautiful?
I have always been told & I also think so myself that my high cheekbones bring out my beautiful shaped face . My personality & heart is also beautiful.
What would you say to another girl/guy your age who is struggling with their confidence?
Just be yourself , do what makes you happy , sit down and figure out what make you happy , the love for yourself will grow even more and so will your confidence level because you believe in YOU !
