Tell us about yourself:

Hiii loves my name is Alexandra, but I go by Alex. I am a spontaneous, determined, and talkative 19-year-old who is always down for an adventure. I love creating content and traveling whenever I can. I’ve been to over 19 countries solo, and I’m a part of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority at San Diego State. Still, I’m originally from the Hamptons, New York, so I definitely get to experience the best of both worlds, being able to create picturesque Content and influence in all areas. I’m also a broadcast journalism student. which is very fitting for my love being on camera!!!

Tell us about your modeling experience.

Growing up I modeled and competed in beauty pageants but took a break during my middle, and high school years but never missed an opportunity to do photoshoots for brands. I’m very excited to be back in the industry and take advantage of all opportunities that come my way!!

What is your biggest dream?

My biggest dream is to be a sports-illustrated rookie and grow a following on social media to be able to share all of my travel and encourage young girls like me to not be afraid to start chasing their dreams

What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?

To be your own kind of beautiful is to embrace everything about yourself all the quirks, beauties, and flaws because no matter what there are people who aren’t gonna love everything about you but more importantly there are plenty of people who will. and when you embrace everything about yourself you will attract the right kind of people and support.

How would you describe your fashion style? I would describe it as

Fairly trendy but with my own beachy twist. I love making each of my outfits personalized to me and where I’m going to be wearing them. it really changes almost every day haha

Who or what inspires you? Alix Earle inspires me the most. my whole life I wanted to be famous or a well-known face to be able to show the world that not everyone who is famous is perfect and I really admire her transparency with her audience while still being so successful. She reminds me of myself in a way that there aren’t too many people like her and I hope to pave many new opportunities like her.

What is your advice to someone who is just getting started with modeling?

i would tell them to start strong and take advantage of any projects that come their way, the more experience the better.

Describe some obstacles you have overcome in your life and how that has changed or shaped you.

A struggle I faced that really changed my outlook on life was when I developed an eating disorder after years of being bullied in middle school. I struggled to love my body no matter how skinny or chubby I was. going from being an overweight child to an underweight teenager and seeking the help I needed to recover really showed me the true power of loving yourself and confidence. I now look at the world differently in the way that I will always be my biggest critic and no one focus is criticizing me as much as they are themselves.

What makes you beautiful/handsome? I think what makes me beautiful is my eyes not only because I adore how big and green they get in the sunlight but because of how I see the world. my eyes have seen many beautiful things through my solo travels and shown me true friendship, love, life, and the joy of seeing others smile.

What would you say to another girl/guy your age who is struggling with their confidence?

I would tell them that no one is judging you as much as you judge yourself. and that everybody is usually too busy worrying about how they look or what they are doing to focus on your flaws. always walk with your head high and speak kindly and everybody will be drawn to you!!!
