Tell us about yourself
I am 21 years old, I am from Texas (born and raised) and currently live in San Antonio. I specialize in painting, drawing, graphic design, marketing, and social media management. I enjoy doing anything that brings out my creativity!
Tell us about your modeling experience.
I have been modeling since I was 17, I started out modeling for local boutiques in my small hometown and fell in love with it! I have tried all sorts of different types of modeling including editorial, print, runway, commercial, and high fashion. My favorite type of modeling is definitely commercial, high fashion, & editorial!
What is your biggest dream?
My biggest dream is to be able to travel and do what I love for work full time. I want to be able to network and meet with people from all around the world and get to hear their stories/unique perspectives on life!
What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?
Being your natural and authentic self. I think everyone has their own unique quirks about them that makes them beautiful; some may see it as flaws.. but I think that is what makes a person special!
How would you describe your fashion style?
I would describe my fashion style as ethereal, elegant, classic, and a little bit of bohemian. If I could pick any time period to dress from it would be the 70’s!
Who or what inspires you?
Working hard for my future self to become the best version of me inspires me to keep going!
What is your advice to someone who is just getting started with modeling?
Don’t get discouraged when starting out, things may be slow at first but that’s okay - the best isn’t born over night! It is important to build up your portfolio as much as you can when starting out, even if you have to do a lot of free shoots at first.
Describe some obstacles you have overcome in your life and how that has changed or shaped you.
I got diagnosed with Crohn’s disease two years ago and have had a few moments where I thought I was going to die. I have a hard time gaining weight because of my diagnosis and modeling has helped me learn to love my body the way it is. Getting diagnosed has really made me shift my perspective on life and how I see things everyday; plus learning to eat clean, and live a healthier lifestyle.
What makes you beautiful/handsome?
The way I treat others and myself. I think when you spread love all around and radiate positivity it tends to reflect on the outside as well! I want people to remember me for being a beautiful soul, not just by my physical appearance.
What would you say to a guy or girl who is struggling with their confidence?
It is okay to have days where you feel down on yourself, that is normal and apart of the human experience, but it is important to remember that we are all uniquely and beautifully made and that you are special!
