I'm from Mooresville, IN. I'm 28 Years old. I'm a wife and a mother of 2. I love animals! Modeling and acting has always been a dream of mine and I love that I'm going for my dreams. I feel like I could be a great role model especially for my children!
Tell us about your modeling experience.
I went to John Casablancas for Modeling and Acting. I was also with Passion 4 Fashion Week. I've walked for 3 fashion shows. P4FW 2020, Diamond & Dazzles Winter Extravaganza 2021, and MTA XXXIII VIRTUAL FASHION SHOW 2021. I've also done an advertisement for a clothing brand and I was recently in a new music video. I'm currently in Top Heavy Modeling Academy for modeling and TIG Media House for onscreen acting.
What is your biggest dream?
I want to be a professional model and actress. It's something I honestly really enjoy doing. I feel like going for my dreams is going to help my children see that they can too.
What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?
Just be true to who you are. Beauty is from with inside.
How would you describe your fashion style?
I'm really girly. I love being dressy especially anything that is shiny, but I really love neutral colors like black, white and grey while adding a pop of color. I'm really good at putting outfits together. Although I have my days where yoga pants or legging are great!
Who or what inspires you?
My mom inspires me! She has always been so hard working and independent. I wouldn't be where I am today without her. She's a wonderful mother. I'm also inspired by Jennifer Lopez. She is such a great role model and so talented. She shows that you can be beautiful at any age as long as you take care of yourself.
What is your advice to someone who is just getting started with modeling?
Don't get discouraged. You will hear lots of no's, but there is always going to be a yes. Modeling is hard work, just keep working and going towards your dreams.
Describe some obstacles you have overcome in your life and how that has changed or shaped you.
When I moved out on my own, it was a struggle. Trying to work, make money, and I wanted to model, but I had my son when I was only 20. I honestly didn't think I'd have the body too. I had my daughter at 23. Then I worked for Pure Romance which taught girls about confidence. I realized I needed to be confident with who I am. I decided to go for my dreams again.
What makes you beautiful/handsome?
I honestly think it's my personality. I've learned to love myself and be confident. I have a big heart. I'm always helping out others. Apparently I'm also funny even when I'm not trying.
What would you say to another girl/guy your age who is struggling with their confidence?
Perfect is boring. If you aren't happy with yourself, do something about it. Do it for you though, no one else. You need to be the one making yourself happy. Everyone is beautiful in their own way. Don't let anyone tell you different. My favorite quote is "Self Confidence is a super power. Once you start believing in yourself, MAGIC starts happening!"
