My name is Sasha I'm originally from Jamaica, but currently living in New York pursuing my modeling and acting career.
Tell us about your modeling experience.
I been in the modeling industry for 8 years worked as a print, high fashion, commercial, runway. I have done nyfw, Magazine spreads and beauty segments. I am looking to expand my modeling career
What is your biggest dream?
Living my life as an entrepreneur, traveling the world and taking care of my family.
What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?
To be your own kind of beautiful mean accepting yourself no matter any imperfection you think you may have. Were all human and were not perfect. Beautiful is not just physical but having confidence, wisdom and being unique.
How would you describe your fashion style?
Edgy but comfortable.
Who or what inspires you?
My dad inspires me because he came to America and had three jobs so my grandmother and I can have a better life in my country. He took on a lot of challenges so we can have a chance to come to America and for me to have a better education.
What is your advice to someone who is just getting started with modeling?
If your just starting out as a model make sure modeling is a want and not a need. You have to put 100% in what you do because you will have good and bad days in the industry. So make time for yourself and be confident.
Describe some obstacles you have overcome in your life and how that has changed or shaped you.
I would have to say coming to a different country and adjusting to a different environment, but getting the opportunity for a better education.

What would you say to another guy/ girl your age who is struggling with their confidence?
Confidence starts within you, socialize yourself with people who will Lift you up. Smile more go outside of your elements try something new. Push yourself it's the only way you will ever get the answer your looking for.
