Tell us about yourself.

My name is Camryn P, i’m 16, i’m from Virginia and I do cheer and gymnastics.

What is your biggest dream?

My biggest dream is to open my own restaurant when i’m older because I am very passionate about the culinary industry and I attend a school for culinary. It has also always been a big dream of mine to model since I was little, I would always put on fashion shows with my sister and it’s so amazing to think that I have received this opportunity.

What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?

To be your own kind of beautiful means to ignore what others think and what society’s standard of beauty is and to be yourself and believe that you are beautiful because we all are.

Tell us about your modeling experience.

I have actually never professionally modeled, just done some photo shoots with my friends. I’ve been wanting to model for a while and this agency seems like the best place to start because it’s very accepting and just radiates positivity.

What is your dream brand to model for?

My dream brand to model for would either be American Eagle or Calvin Klein.

How would you describe your fashion style?

My fashion style ranges from sweatpants and t-shirts to skirts and sweaters so I really don’t have one specific style.

How important is self-awareness and confidence to you in your everyday life?

I believe that confidence and self-awareness are very important in life. You need to know the good and bad things about yourself in order to become stronger in life. I struggle with a severe anxiety disorder and it makes every day hard but I know that i’m strong and that it doesn’t control me and that I need to be confident in myself and who I am as a person.

What makes you beautiful?

I believe what makes me beautiful is my strength.

I have overcome a lot wether it’s injuries from sports or panic attacks from anxiety, I always prove that i’m stronger.

What would you say to another girl your age who is struggling with their confidence?

I would say to another girl/guy struggling with their confidence that they’re perfect the way they are. God made us all unique and just because you don’t look like how society believes you should, you are beautiful. Find who you are and embrace it and let that make you stronger.
