Tell us about yourself :
I am a 20 year old from currently residing in Savannah, Georgia. I attend Savannah College of Art and Design for writing and fashion journalism. I have an associates degree in Fine Art from Pitt Community College in 2023. I have always been obsessed with fashion ever since I was a child. Everyone around me has persuaded me to get into modeling, and have supported me along the journey. I love going to the gym, reading, working on passion projects in my free time.
Tell us about your modeling experience.
I started out with my school, SCAD, by modeling for the senior collections in 2024, some of which have ended up being covered by Vouge Magazine. Although I have only just started out six months ago, I have been able to experience many opportunities that helped me become more confident modeling!
What is your biggest dream?
To accomplish everything my heart desires while being able to give back to the community!
What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?
To be your own kind of beautiful means to be completely yourself and everything that entails. Your strengths and weaknesses, appearance, style, spirit, etcetera are all part of your beauty. Always stay true to who you are!
How would you describe your fashion style?
Elegance and feminine styles! Classic silhouettes and the color pink are my favorite part of my style.
Who or what inspires you?
My mother inspires me! Seeing her chase her dreams and going after all of the ambitious goals she has for herself reminds me that we only have one life to live, and I should go after every dream that I have for myself as well. She has always supported me in everything that I do, and she is my biggest cheerleader.
What is your advice to someone who is just getting started with modeling?
Educate yourself on how to get started and what is expected of you. Being prepared for every opportunity will benefit you greatly!
Describe some obstacles you have overcome in your life and how that has changed or shaped you.
Growing up, I went through a time where I was insecure about myself. Once I got older, and became more comfortable in my own skin, I told myself that I would make childhood me proud everyday. I am everything I needed when I was younger, and I will continue to keep being there for myself!
What makes you beautiful/handsome?
My intentions and personality. I always try to be intentional with others around me. My kindness and empathy are a few of my favorite things about me that I believe make me beautiful.
What would you say to another girl/guy your age who is struggling with their confidence?
20% of what affects you is what happens to you and 80% is how you respond. If someone makes you feel insecure, don't cultivate negative self talk. Speak kindly to yourself. Always be who you are, unapologetically so, because there is only one you in the world!
