Tell us about yourself
I'm from Chile, I'm 29 years old. I studied psychology, but I always wanna work in fashion. It
take me a few years to left the fear and try. After a personal path of self-discovery, I think I
should give myself the opportunity to live my dreams and have a job that I really love. So,
last year I decided to study image consultant and start modeling as an amateur.
Tell us about your modeling experience.
Amateur model and collaboration with photographers’s portfolios
What is your biggest dream?
At work I wanna build my personal project, become a model and speaker and supporting
women with her self esteem, from my knowledge and experience. On a personal life, I would
like to get a family just like my parents are, I had a really nice childhood and I woul love it to
share my life with someone an make a home.
What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?
Be authentic, have a beautiful soul and heart, work on yourself from inside, ask in the deep
of you to discover who you are, and reflect everything to the outside.
How would you describe your fashion style?
My style is classic, but I like to give it a touch of sensuality. If I could describe it to a favorite
brand it would be Chanel and Dior.
Who or what inspires you?
If I had to choose someone on the story, Diana de Wales inspires me, for me she is one of
the most beautiful person, not just her image, more important for her wonderful heart,
inspire me her legacy, her soul and the values and principles she had based on love and
help others. Her authenticity and showing herself as she is. Also, for me, the most powerful
force that move me is Love, cause love mean empathy, kindness, respectful, I trying to live
and do everything under these principles. Sometimes if someone hurt me, its hard, but i try
to forgive, left the bad feelings and learn about the experience. I believe that acting under
love makes life more harmonious. Another of my recent readings was the power of now, that
book inspires me, giving me a vision of being aware of the present, looking at the past as a
learning and experience and building at the present the future that I want to live.
Finally, Im also inspired by stories of effort, one of my favorites is Coco Chanel. Everything I
have has been based on my effort and perseverance, I always try to love the process and
accept things, never giving up is the goal.
What is your advice to someone who is just getting started with modeling?
Never give up, pursue your dreams until you get it, nothing is impossible because the only
limit is your mind. Love the process, even if it is hard, because that will make you stronger
and wiser.
Describe some obstacles you have overcome in your life and how that has changed or shaped you.
Two years ago a lot of things happened to me, I suffered small intestine syndrome and
chronic venous insufficiency, which made me change my entere lifestyle and diet. This got
me to depression, since I constantly asked myself why me. That brought me another
negative consequence that was the beginning of a battle against fibromyalgia . Added to this
is my father's illness and my change of career and direction of my life. I felt very lost,
hopeless and sad, like nothing is working in my life. I started reading books and trying to
change my mentality, I relied on my family and friends. like as saying I read the power of
now, I think it clicked inside me, to understand that I must accept life, and grow up, that I
cant live my life fighting against with thing that I cant change, and let go all my anger.
Currently, I continue learning, and fighting but not with my demons, but with being the best
version of myself every day.
What makes you beautiful/handsome?
My true colors, if I can say something about myself, it is that Im a transparent person, you
can see through me. I love with my heart and Im always willing to lend a hand to others. That
makes me beautiful, my shine.
What would you say to another girl/guy your age who is struggling with their confidence?
We are all different, no one is perfect, and the most wonderful thing in the world is precisely
that we are different and each one has a unique beauty. But beyond that, you should starting
from yourself, starting to do the personal work of telling yourself positive things every day,
congratulating yourself on all your achievements, even if you think they are small. Don't
compare yourself to anyone, because there is no age to make your dreams come true. My
advice: make a list of positive affirmations, say them every day when you wake up, it doesn't
matter if you don't believe them, little by little you will make them yours. Love your body,
because it is what gives you life.
