- A little bit about myself is I have been living outside the suburbs of Chicago for most of my life. I went to get my bachelors degree in criminal justice at the University of Dayton; lived in Dayton Ohio for 4.5 years of my life, and came to the realization that I wanted to pursue my modeling ambitions. I love travel, and fashion, I’m very much a people person. Over the last year I have gained a vast spectrum of appreciation and self awareness while working in retail while gaining some of the funniest memories with some of the most interesting and selfless people. This is my why, when I think about why I wake up and want to do this everyday even when there are discouraging times. Having the opportunity to work with talented people and being able to make someone's vision or someone's work come to life.
- My modeling experience started at the beginning of 2020 when I was in college. I signed with new view model and talent located in Cincinnati. I got a lot of great experience with them and have learned a lot from going to runway casting and booked commercials which helped me gain the experience that I needed. One of my favorite jobs that I did through NV was an Aveda campaign and ended up getting me in a hair magazine which was such a cool experience for me. Since being back in Chicago I have signed with a model and talent management group (MTM) and have more recently signed with Everything Formal Model Management (EFMM). I am really looking to expand my experience and am so excited to be able to work with you guys here at Hannahnoelle models.
- My biggest dream is to be able to walk in shows like Miami swim week and fashion shows domestically and internationally. It would really be a dream to be able to support and represent companies and organizations that I have truly loved and supported throughout life. Overall my biggest dream would be to really make it in this industry and really enjoy and appreciate all the experiences that come from it.
- Being your own kind of beautiful means embracing who you are and not comparing yourself to someone else. Knowing that someone else’s beauty takes away nothing from your own. Meaning that there is so much beauty within the uniqueness of yourself not just for what you look like on the outside but also for who you are on the inside.
- The way I would describe my fashion style is a combination of girly but also really powerful. I really like wearing dresses and am drawn towards light pastel colors. But I also really like all black, oversized blazers with platform heels. I don’t really think I have a staple look, my fashion sense is always changing with how I feel.
- What inspires me the most is hearing all the stories of normal people out there who are now well known in their craft. Those who have faced so many obstacles of adversity and persevered to where they are now, exactly where they wanted to be. People like Winnie Harlow, Candice Swanpoel. In the industry I am constantly inspired by so many models like Ashley graham, Naomi Campbell.
- My best advice to someone just getting started is to never stop remembering why you wanted to do this. Be patient, never stop believing in yourself, and trust the process.
- One of my major obstacles that I have dealt with throughout my life was getting diagnosed with ADHD at a young age. It really has shaped me into the person that I have become. When I was younger all I wanted was to fit in with my friends and peers and I vividly remember being embarrassed to explain why I would be in another room for portions of class and why I took tests in different rooms whenever someone asked me. It really made me feel different and somewhat isolated. By the time I got to high school It was still an embarrassing topic for me, a topic I felt no one talked about. I don’t think it was until late high school that I realized that it’s okay to not feel like everyone else. I started to realize that a lot of people are battling the same battles as me. My ADHD has shown me how to be a more self aware person, and showed me that I want to be an advocate for mental health and learning disabilities.
- I think what makes me beautiful are some of the things that I love about myself, like my freckles and the dimples on my face when I smile. I have always thought my blue eyes contributed to my beauty. I think there is so much beauty in the way that you treat people and how you carry yourself.
- To someone who is struggling with your confidence, we have all been there. Even the most well established people in their field struggle with their confidence at times and it’s one of the things that make us human. I love the saying,”fake it until you make it” and sometimes that is what you have to do. It’s funny because confidence is something you create for yourself, you don’t just get it. Confidence like anything else can take work and patience, so be kind to yourself.
