Hi my name is Destiny Hargrove I’m 20years old and I’m from Richmond Virginia. I love helping others so Im health science major if I’m not hitting the books for school I’m strutting my stuff on the runway

Tell us about your modeling experience.

My modeling experience began in high school with a fantastic club called BE YOU. From there I studied at the school of Barbizon modeling and acting and competed in their annual competition. After I was signed to my first agency and experience my first fashion week.

Who or what inspires you?

The person in my life that inspires me is my mom she tells me all the time if you set your mind to it you can accomplish anything you dream of.

What is your advice to someone who is just getting started with modeling?

If will be hard in the beginning but if you set your mind to it you can go far in the modeling world.

Describe some obstacles you have overcome in your life and how that has changed or shaped you.

Sometimes I really rather go out in jeans and a shirt because I was very insecure about my body but gaining confidence to love my body has changed me so much I wear wonderful clothes that I wouldn’t wear in a million years if I didn’t have that confidence.

What is your biggest dream?

To be successful in life

How would you describe your fashion style?

More modern girly and sporty also street. But what ever makes me feel beautiful in my own skin.

What makes you beautiful/handsome?

I feel being who you are on the outside and happy and strong independent and also having confidence makes you beautiful

What would you say to another girl/guy your age who is struggling with their confidence?

Confidence it doesn’t come easy but we all have our insecurities. Don’t let your insecurities hold you back in life fight your insecurities in life.
