My first name is Wadia, preferred names Allyssa and I'm currently living in Boston MA.
Growing up I knew I wanted to be a model, I realized it was my passion when I found myself dressing up ,posing like a professional model to take my pictures and sharing them with my followers on social media. That is what makes my heart full of joy.
Tell us about your modeling experience.
Well, I'm new, just getting started. and I know it’ll be a fun and amazing journey because I'll be doing what I love. This is just the beginning and I can't wait to prove myself and experience what the future holds.
What’s your biggest dream?
The list is long, but two of my biggest dreams is to walk the runway in LAFW, NYFW , become a successful model. And own a clothing store.
What does it means to be your own kind of beautiful?
Be your own kind of beautiful is To be yourself, find the inner beauty in you ,when doing so you become more confident
How do you describe your fashion style?
As for my style , I personally feel l like it depends of my mood for the day, I really like feminine clothes but sometimes I found myself wearing a tom-boyish fit
Who and what inspires you?
If you ask who inspires me ,well, its My MOM, she inspires me in so many ways: to dream and love big. and her determination is what inspires me. shes my biggest supporter and im so grateful for her.
What is your advice for someone who is just getting started with modeling?
As someone who is just getting started herself, the best advice I would say is staying true to yourself, don't forget you are a powerful woman/man always remember the strength you have within. and you can achieve anything you put your mind into.
Describe some obstacles you have overcome in your life and how that has changed or shaped you?
Back in 2018, I got really sick and there were no chance of surviving, said the doctors. But little did they know, my strength and faith got me out of this difficult and terrifying moments
What makes you beautiful/handsome?
My uniqueness. Every person is unique, different, has their own identity and beauty.
Being different is what is really beautiful, if we were all the same it would be boring and it will not make any sense haha.
What would you say to another girl/guy your age who is struggling with their confidence?
Low self-confidence is not a life sentence .Self-confidence can be learned, practiced and mastered, once you master it everything in your life will change for the better. We are what our thoughts have made us, so take care of what you think, and remember we are all unique, there's no other like you, so ,shine.
