My name is Daniela but my friends call me Dani. I am an animal lover and I love writing! I currently write for two blogs, and I love art.

Tell us about your modeling experience.

I am currently taking modeling/acting classes at Barbizon Sacramento. I have no professional modeling experience yet but I love doing photoshoots on my own or with friends.

What is your biggest dream?

My biggest dream is that the world will change for the better. We will start taking better care of the planet and see real change when it comes to human rights. A personal dream of mine is to own a house with a big yard so I can foster animals and help them in any way I can.

What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?

To be your own kind of beautiful means to be a kind person and to define beauty how you see it, not how the beauty standards define it.

How would you describe your fashion style?

I would describe my fashion style as open. I don’t like to box myself into one style. Some days I feel like dressing alt and the next day cottagecore. It all depends on how I’m feeling that day. I love to play around with fashion.

Who or what inspires you?

Artists inspire me. I love art and I’m even more inspired by the people behind it. The people who are not afraid to do something different that maybe not everyone understands at first, but will within a few years time.

What is your advice to someone who is just getting started with modeling?

My advice to someone just getting started with modeling is to do your research! Figure out what kind of modeling excited you the most and work on developing your craft. Don’t be afraid to go after what you really want.

Describe some obstacles you have overcome in your life and how they have changed or shaped you.

One of my biggest obstacles I am still working on overcoming is fear of failure. It holds you back from your goals. I have started letting go of my fear and I have started chasing my dreams.

What makes you beautiful/handsome?

Beauty doesn’t just have to do with appearance, it also has to do with the person you are. What makes me beautiful is that I am a kind person and genuinely care about others. I try to make everyone feel welcomed and included.

What would you say to another guy/girl your age who is struggling with their confidence?

There is only one you, there is no one that has your exact features and that makes you unique. Redefine beauty how you see it, and work on deconstructing the beauty standards you have been taught.
