Tell us about yourself (where are you from, age, whatever you want to add)

I'm Travesia, and I was raised in McIntosh County located on the coast of Georgia. I'm a 32 year old mom of two beautiful kids. My life is a combination of family, photography, modeling, and spiritual growth.

Tell us about your modeling experience.

I completed a 6 week course with America's Top Model, Naima Mora. It was an amazing experience. Naima introduced me to modeling. I learned so much and she gave me gems to carry with me throughout my modeling career.

What is your biggest dream?

My biggest dream is to fulfill my purpose. I want the satisfaction of knowing I lived to my highest potential and helped save lives by using my God-given gifts,

What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?

To be authentic. To be "You". This is what makes you unique. To me, this is the true meaning of beauty.

How would you describe your fashion style?

I dress myself based on how I'm feeling. Some days I may feel like Diana Ross, and then there's days I feel like Tupac. So I will say my fashion is in between casual, chic, and hip-hop.

Who or what inspires you?

My kids. Kids in general inspire me. Their level of optimism is unmatched. When I don't know what lies ahead or the outcome, my kids inspire me to be confident about the future.

What is your advice to someone who is just getting started with modeling?

My advice is to be confident. Have confidence in your look, how you talk, your style, and what you believe in.

Describe some obstacles you have overcome in your life and how that has changed or shaped you.

Some of the toughest obstacles I had to overcome were breaking habits, and letting go of an old mindset. The process was challenging, but also rewarding. It's helping me to become the best version of myself.

What makes you beautiful/ handsome?

I like to express how I feel. Rather it be through words or art. So I would say my passion makes me beautiful.

What would you say to another girl/guy your age who is struggling with their confidence?

I would say, the first step to obtaining confidence is knowing who you are. Find out what you like and dislike. Also your strengths and weaknesses. You'll find out your true identity and be self-assured.
