Tell us about yourself (where are you from, age, whatever you want to add).

My name is Stephanie and since I can remember my dream was always to be a Victoria secret model. As I got older I noticed what I admired most about these women is their confidence. How they were silent actors in their own film. You can be anyone as a model. I love to get in character and just have so much fun shooting or walking the runway. I am also a huge animal lover and vegetarian and enjoy working out almost every day!

Tell us about your modeling experience.

My modeling experience has been breathtaking. I have been able to break out of my shell and try things I’ve never tried before. I step out of my comfort zone and become Stephanie the model. I love the hair and makeup process and trying on amazing looks. I am so blessed to do what I love. The biggest brand I’ve walked for is Uniqlo and it was surreal.

What is your biggest dream?

My biggest dream is right now is to model for Rihanna’s savage Fenty line and walk in her show.

What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?

To be my own kind of beautiful to me means loving everything about yourself. Being balanced with my energy and manifesting my dreams. No one is the world is like me. I was created in Gods image- we are were! And that means we are perfect each in our own unique way. 

How would you describe your fashion style?

My fashion style is constantly changing. I love to dress super girly with a mini skirt and a fun hair style- just as much as I love wearing oversized blazers and hoodies and pants! Expressing myself through fashion has always been such a fun process for me.

Who or what inspires you?

I am constantly inspired by the beauty of life. I love reading in nature or meditating at the beach and just spending time with myself and planning my future. My mom is also a huge inspiration of mine. She has worked so hard her whole life and it’s my turn so she can rest her hands, finally.

What is your advice to someone who is just getting started with modeling?

Some advice for someone getting started with modeling is to have confidence in yourself and don’t let anybody tell you you don’t look good or that you cannot achieve your dreams. Give everything you do 100% and always be humble and represent yourself with respect. 

Describe some obstacles you have overcome in your life and how that has changed or shaped you.

Some obstacles in my life have put a hold on my dream but I no longer let those things block my vision. For example going to school, because I was very insecure and wasn’t sure if I would actually make it as a model. That kind of attitude hold you back from reaching your greatest potential.

What makes you beautiful/handsome?

Confidence, kindness, strength, and compassion make you beautiful.

What would you say to another guy/girl your age who is struggling with their confidence?

To anybody that is struggling with confidence they need to know they are not alone. Some of the biggest models in the world struggle with their own confidence but the best thing to do is believe that you are perfect because you were made in Gods vision. There is only one of you- so know that you are special and unique.
