Tell us about yourself (where are you from, age, whatever you want to add).  

My ethnicity is Senegalese and Guinean. I was born in Newark, New Jersey but grew up in East Orange, New Jersey. I love traveling, fashion, make up, reading, watching TV, and going out with friends! 

Tell us about your modeling experience. 

I began modeling October of 2020. I have modeled for local brands in the Philadelphia area but most of my modeling experience is with Instagram modeling. I have worked with brands such as Sephora, Proactiv, Function of Beauty, Soap and Glory, and more! Modeling is my passion and I love it!

What is your biggest dream?

My biggest dream is to live in a warm nice area and be a successful woman. 

What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?

Everyone in this world is different and everyone has their own unique qualities. To be your own kind of beautiful means to shine bright in your own skin! It means being confident and loving your self for who you are. No one can be you better than you. 

How would you describe your fashion style?

My fashion style is very classy and simple. I like to wear colors that are neutral such as black, white brown, gray, and tan!

Who or what inspires you?

My mother inspires me the most. She is a strong independent woman who works hard and does what she can for the people she loves. I love that quality about her and I aspire to be like her. 

What is your advice to someone who is just getting started with modeling?

My advice would be to go for it and grab opportunities. Don’t wait around for someone to notice you and give you your big break! Enter the room, don’t wait for an invite. Also stay true to yourself and be you! 

Describe some obstacles you have overcome in your life and how that has changed or shaped you.

I have face bullying for my skin complexion my whole life. It has shaped who I am today as a woman because now I make it a necessity to embrace my true self and to inspire others to do so as well. 

What makes you beautiful/handsome?

I think what makes me beautiful is my attitude and how I treat people. I am very kind hearted, outgoing, and caring I have a positive energy to be around which is a beautiful quality to carry. 

What would you say to another girl/guy your age who is struggling with their confidence?

I would tell them that they are just going through a phase and they will eventually love themselves and that they are so beautiful. They should not let anybody in this world tear them down or their spirit.
