Tell us about yourself (where are you from, age, whatever you want to add)

My Names Cassandra Rhule, I’m from the tiniest town in Oregon and grew up there. I’ve always wanted to model and remember when I was little doing silly photoshoots with my friends and always practicing runway walks or poses. Being in Oregon there was not a lot of modeling opportunities and having a single mom, it was difficult to travel or go elsewhere where the big opportunities are. I love to travel around the world and see different cultures.

Tell us about your modeling experience.

I’ve been modeling for a little over a year now. I’m still new but have picked up on it so quickly!

What is your biggest dream?

My biggest dream would be to continue to model throughout my life and show other people even when it’s later in life down the line and you have kids or a house, that you can still be beautiful and still model because I think a stereotype is that you need to look and be a certain way but in reality everyone is beautiful no matter what stage of life they are in.

What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?

To me, being your own kind of beautiful is being happy, no matter what people say about you, no matter how judge mental they are, people will always find something they don’t like about you because of jealousy, being unhappy themselves, or just not wanting other people to be happy. So to be happy and create that happiness yourself, is a beautiful thing!

How would you describe your fashion style?

I would describe my fashion style as kind of all over the place. One minute I’ll be wearing a trendy sweats outfit, and the next I’ll be in some heels and fancy dress, or I’ll mix and match some heels with a cute sweat pants outfit.

Who or what inspires you?

What inspires me is my mom! She was a single mom and yet my brother and I were always so happy, had food and a roof over our heads, and nice clothes to wear to school. She is the most hardworking person I know!

What is your advice to someone who is just getting started with modeling?

My advice would be to keep going. If one door closes, keep going until another one opens. People always tell me “oh there’s already models out there, why do you want to be like everyone else?” And MY response is “well wouldn’t it be a shame if there was only one doctor out there? Or one fire fighter? Or one nurse?”. There will always be other people out there doing what you’re doing, but there’s only one of you!

Describe some obstacles you have overcome in your life and how that has changed or shaped you.

I think growing up and not having a lot of money was an obstacle because of course I wanted some new shoes for the next school year, or new clothes instead of goodwill clothes. But looking back, I was so happy growing up so it makes me realize you don’t need money to be happy, which I think a lot of people think it does make you happy and it doesn’t. That being said I am lucky to not have had huge obstacles throughout my life and I think I’ve been blessed with my life!

What makes you beautiful/handsome?

What makes me beautiful is being kind and compassionate to others. Yes I think I’m beautiful on the outside, but once you get to know me I’m even more beautiful on the inside and I think that’s what makes everyone beautiful.

What would you say to another girl/guy your age who is struggling with their confidence?

Confidence is a hard thing to gain and hold on to especially with the pressures today of social media and trying to look a certain way. But I would say to always remember that there is only ONE of you and you were made special and unique.
