Tell us about yourself.

Hi there! I’m Caitlin and I am 22 years old from Naples, Florida! I graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in December. I absolutely love fashion, makeup, and anything with creative expression. I have always wanted to become involved with modeling and I am super excited to be apart of Hannah Noelle!

Tell us about your modeling experience.

I have done photoshoots before, but never anything serious. I am excited to be breaking into the modeling world - it’s something that I have always wanted to pursue.

What is your biggest dream?

I am going to become a published author someday. I always believe in inspiring others and being inspired by others. Any way that I can do that, whether it’s through modeling, fashion, or writing, I want to make a profound impact.

What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?

Being your own kind of beautiful means embracing and loving yourself, along with anything that makes you happy and feels good, and letting that shine. To be your own kind of beautiful means owning your power and deciding for yourself what you think is beautiful. To me, anything and everything is beautiful, but it’s about stepping into your power and owning it.

How would you describe your fashion style?

My style varies day by day. Some days I love wearing earth tones, such as emerald green, to bring out my eyes. Other days I love a classic look wearing white, lace, and strappy heels.  Rocking ripped jeans with a crop top and pair of boots is my go-to for a casual outing. It all depends on my mood and where I am going - I love to rock multiple looks.

Who or what inspires you?

Selena Gomez is one of my biggest inspirations. She is never afraid to be herself and use her platform to inspire others, whether that’s authentic music or content.  She has been open with the world about her life and has always leads with grace. Anyone that isn’t afraid to lead with kindness and authenticity inspires me.

What is your advice to someone who is just getting started with modeling?

You deserve to call yourself a model! Forget about imposter syndrome. You are unique and beautiful — feel into that in front of a camera.

Describe some obstacles you have overcome in your life and how that has changed or shaped you.

There are two major defining experiences in my life. The first was my diagnosis of stage 4 cancer when I was 8 years old. Going through chemotherapy treatment and losing your hair can be tough for a young girl. Even after the treatment worked, it took a lot to get my self-esteem back to a place where I felt good. It was a life-altering experience, but it has driven my passion for cancer organizations and my life motto to always treat others with kindness — you never know what someone has been through or is going through.  The next is in my late teens, early twenties when I suffered from severe depression and anxiety. Navigating through depression was tough, especially when some days I couldn’t even get out of bed or stand to look at myself in the mirror. Getting help and realizing my life is so full of love and value was a true blessing. Overcoming mental illness has taught me to always value and care for myself and others — we are all beautiful, unique, and deserving.

What makes you beautiful/handsome?

I am beautiful for believing in kindness and owning my confidence. I love the feeling of owning when I wear a cute outfit that makes me feel good.

What would you say to another girl/guy your age who is struggling with their confidence?

If you decide that you are beautiful and confident, then that is how other people will see you and there will be no question about it. It all starts with how you see yourself. Don’t compare yourself. Life is all about feeling beautiful and seeing everything around you as beautiful too.
