Tell us about yourself.
I am from Charlotte, NC. I am 19 years old. I attend the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
Tell us about your modeling experience.
I have been modeling since I was 16 years old. I mostly do print, editorial, fit, and runway modeling. I love to do runway modeling because the energy is great backstage and everyone is excited to see a show finally come together after months of hard work.
What is your biggest dream?
My biggest dream is to be successful doing something I love and be surrounded by people who love me.
What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?
To be your own kind of beautiful means to embrace who you are and your natural beauty, inside and out.
How would you describe your fashion style?
My fashion style is inspired by Calabasas casual street style. I am always wearing jeans with cute shoes and some sort of crop top.
Who or what inspires you?
My family gives me inspiration. They always give me the confidence and determination I need to reach my goals. Especially my mom; she is my biggest supporter.
What is your advice to someone who is just getting started with modeling?
Advice I would give to someone who is just getting started with modeling would be to be confident in your own skin. Do not allow people to hinder your self-worth or self-confidence.
Describe some obstacles you have overcome in your life and how that has changed or shaped you.
Obstacles I have overcome are those people who told me I could not reach my goals. I did not let those people tear me down, but build me and my determination up. It took a long time to get my modeling career going and it was all because I persevered through many “no’s” until I received a “yes”. One “yes” is a huge accomplishment to jumpstart a career in modeling.
What makes you beautiful/handsome?
My heart makes me beautiful. I believe inside beauty is just as important as outside beauty. It is what on the inside that counts.
What would you say to another girl/guy your age who is struggling with their confidence?
Everyone has confidence issues, everyone! I struggle with confidence issues myself. Know who you are and fall in love with yourself!
