I am Thaila S.
I am from Johannesburg South Africa born and raised. I have been living in the States for 2 years now and it has been a blast .
I am finally 21 years old and I love to travel.
Modelling has been a dream for me since the day I could remember and I have been taking my own pictures and promoting myself and I am ready to move forward into the right direction.
I am currently in Maxim's cover girl search , and It is very exciting.
What is your biggest dream?
My biggest dream since forever is being a Victoria Secret Model. I was practicing my walk since I could remember.
What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?
Being your own kind of beautiful is living life the way that you know you should live it, without any worry of who will still be around when you do. Simply put, being your own kind of beautiful is being yourself daily!”
Tell us about your modeling experience.
I have no modelling experience, But I have done a pageant where I was nominated Miss Sondela 2015, I have competed numerous of years in world swimsuits model search & been in the top 20 a couple of times, I am currently in Maxim Cover girl search 2019. I am excited for what awaiting me in the future
What is your dream brand to model for?
Definitely Victoria Secret, Calvin Klein, & Guess.
How would you describe your fashion style?
I can be very Fashionable, Business like and mostly I have a country look
How important is self-awareness and confidence to you in your everyday life?
As a young girl it was always a struggle for me not being the prettiest in a group having a lot of imperfections was hard for me to accept but you come to a realization that your imperfections makes you who you are and that’s how I gained my confidence. People will bring you down when they know you are destined for greatness. Confidence is very important in your everyday Life people automatically can feel it and will approach you more likely .
What makes you beautiful/handsome?
My smile, cause that has an influence on everybody giving them a smile, and walking past them can make their day it can affect someone in a very positive way. A person smile is also very attractive and people will feel comfortable to talk to you.
What would you say to another girl/guy your age who is struggling with their confidence?
To look in the mirror and say I am good enough cause you are, as soon as you can see it others will see it to.
