Tell us about yourself.

My name is Kennedy. I am 25 years old; born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. I became a mother at 21 to a perfect little boy. I live life the best I can and always try to make the best of all situations. I love staying positive and upbeat.

What is your biggest dream?

Since I was a little girl I have always imagined making music for people. My dream is to be a musician that can touch lives and help those who need it.

What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?

For me, it means just being yourself. Don't try to conform to societies standards. Wear what you feel comfortable in and what makes you feel good. Being happy in your own skin; now that's beautiful.

Tell us about your modeling experience.

The only modeling experience I really have is through friends with cameras. I love to help my friends in anyway, so anytime one needed a model for a project or just for a fun shoot, I volunteered and found a passion for it.

What is your dream brand to model for?

I grew up with Coach so it would honestly be the biggest honor to model for them.

How would you describe your fashion style?

I would say my fashion sense is all over the place. Sometimes I feel girly and cutesy, while other times I feel more like grunge or sporty. It all depends on my mood for the day, and being in Arizona, it 100% comes down to the weather. I will often mix and match styles for something new and fresh.

How important is self-awareness and confidence to you in your everyday life?

I struggle with confidence, still. The biggest thing to me is to focus on how I feel about myself in the moment. If I feel good, if I feel what I'm doing is right, then it doesn't/shouldn't matter how someone else perceives me.

What makes you beautiful?

I think what makes me beautiful is how I feel about the world. I want to take care of it and the people that exist within it.

What would you say to another girl your age who is struggling with their confidence?

If you can radiate beautiful energies, then you are beautiful regardless of how others see you. See the beauty in yourself and others will follow.
