Being confident in who I am. Being a good person and striving to do right by others is imperative to being beautiful. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder and a benevolent person will always be beautiful in the eyes of others.

What would you say to another girl your age who is struggling with their confidence?

Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes and is both relative and subjective. Beauty can depend on who you surround yourself with, someone who is beautiful on the inside will always build you up and help you be as beautiful as you can be. When you strive to just be yourself you bring originality and a persona only you as an individual can provide.
