My name is Kyndal Hayes, and I am 27 years old. I was born and raised in Memphis, TN. I enjoy golf, riding horses, tennis, and Orange Theory Fitness.
What is your biggest dream?
My biggest dream is to become the CEO of a medical device company.
What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?
Being beautiful is to feel comfortable in your own skin.
Tell us about your modeling experience.
I have been modeling since the age of 6. I have been in ads all across the country since then. Recent work includes Jovani Prom Runway Model, Coolbook Model, Allure Bridal Runway Model, Dollar General Print, Jon Wolfe Country Music Video Lead Female Role, Thomas Rhett Music Video, Monster Energy Dirt Party Host. I enjoy modeling because it allows me to be able to express myself in a different way.
What is your dream brand to model for?
Lilly Pulitzer! I love the bright patterns. Other dream brands include Lululemon, Nike, and Adidas.
How would you describe your fashion style?
My fashion is diverse. I wear scrubs during the day for work and after that I'm at the gym in workout clothes. Each season my style is different. For spring/summer I wear bright colors. For fall/winter I prefer darker colors with leather.
How important is self-awareness and confidence to you in your everyday life?
The older I get, the more important it has become for me to be self aware. Confidence has come over time as well. I have become very self aware and confident in who I am.
What makes you beautiful?
People compliment my smile often. This makes me great to know that my smile can make someone else's day. I love meeting new people and hearing their stories. Laughter and smiling is key to true happiness and confidence for me.
What would you say to another girl your age who is struggling with their confidence?
It is important to know who you are as a person. Don't be afraid to be who you are and know what you want out of life. Dig deeper to know who you are. Each and every one of us bring something different to the table and are beautiful.
