Tell us about yourself

I am Chloe Richter, born, raised, and currently living in Denver, Colorado. I am working as barista at Starbucks to save up money to move to Los Angeles, California to pursue my dream of becoming a model/influencer. I am 18 years young and my zodiac sign is a cancer.

What is your biggest dream?

My biggest dream is to become a big enough model/influencer to make a positive impact on the worlds issues; those issues being the environment, sexual assault, and mental illness. I also have a side dream of becoming a chef.

What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?

I think the late great Coco Chanel said it best, "Beauty begins the moment you decide to be yourself." To me this means embracing every part of you personality, flaws, achievements, etc and using them all to create confidence in yourself as well as happiness and that is when everyone will feel beautiful.

What is your dream brand to model for?

I honestly don't think I could choose one, I'll have do 3; Chanel, Tommy Hilfiger, and Victoria Secret in no particular order.

How would you describe your fashion style?

I would describe my fashion style as unique.

How important is self-awareness and confidence to you in your everyday life?

Self confidence is definitely a priority in my everyday life, I always think feel good look good and vice versa.

What makes you beautiful?

I think the thing that make me beautiful is my ability to be happy as well as my tough skin. Throughout my life I have had the need to develop tough skin, not only has that helped me mentally it has positively influenced my self confidence, therefore letting me embrace my beauty inside and out. I think my want and newly found happiness has sky rocketed my self confidence to a place where I don't even need make up to feel beautiful, this is why I believe beauty and happiness go hand in hand. I am not saying unhappy people aren't beautiful I am simply saying if you are unhappy you won't feel beautiful.

What would you say to another girl your age who is struggling with their confidence?

I would say start with happiness I believe that confidences comes out of being happy. It just makes sense logically if you are unhappy of course you won't have outstanding self confidence, but if you are happy then it becomes easier to be confident. It is definitely all a slow process so make sure to be patient with yourself.
