Tell us about yourself

I'm ten years old and in the 5th grade.    I live in Florida with my parents and my 4 brothers.  We have five cats, two dogs and a hamster.    I’m a red belt in karate, a swimmer, a Girl Scout,  a school safety patrol and a competitive dancer.  I belong to a fusion dance company where I study and compete in tap, jazz and hiphop.

What is your biggest dream?

To help people and animals in whatever way I can.  Doctor?  Veterinarian?  Maybe both!

What does it mean to be your own kind of beautiful?

To be yourself in all situations, to accept yourself for who you are,  to love yourself no matter what, and to let that love and acceptance shine through for others to see.

Tell us about your modeling experience.

I have modeled for Bella Fashion Designs, Bindi Fashion Designs and Culture Trees Designs.  I have walked runways for each  for Miami Fashion Week, Miami Swim Week and New York Fashion Week.

What is your dream brand to model for?

I would love to model for Justice!

How would you describe your fashion style?

Comfortable, functional, a feminine hip hop look.

How important is self-awareness and confidence to you in your everyday life?

They are both very important.  I'm a safety patrol at my school and it’s my job to help keep the younger students safe.   I’m also a Girl Scout, and we do a lot of community service projects.  In addition, I’m also a competitive dancer.  All of these activities take a lot of self-awareness, confidence and personal responsibility.  I try every day to grow a little in each.

What makes you beautiful?

I hope it’s how I treat and love others.

What would you say to another girl/guy your age who is struggling with their confidence?

There is only one you in the world.   Just one.   That is what makes you special and beautiful.
